Meet Our Team 

Attorney 

Patrick Watson, a partner in the firm, is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A 1996 University of Texas School of Law graduate, Mr. Watson has over a decade of litigation experience fighting on behalf of clients with personal injuries caused by negligence. 

Attorney 

A principle of the firm, Clinton Gilbert has represented clients in a wide range of injury negligence cases, including tractor-trailer collisions, motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death. A cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University and earned his law degree at SMU Dedman School of Law. 

Attorney 

Matthew is a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas and is also an U.S. Air Force Veteran. Matthew is an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry and represents clients who have been hit by tractor-trailers, intoxicated drivers, and whom have suffered significant injury. Matthew’s medical experience in the U.S. Air Force gives him invaluable insight into his client’s injuries and allows him to be a more effective advocate on their behalf. 

Vice President of Claims 

Christopher Kubin is the Vice President of Claims and has been a valuable asset to James P. Best, Attorney for 20 years. Educated at Navarro College and the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Kubin is a Texas licensed claims adjuster and can handle all types of accident claims. 

Claims Manager 

Aaron Holt is a case manager and a Texas licensed claims adjuster. He has worked with James P. Best, Attorney for over twenty years. Mr. Holt’s knowledge of the claims process is a valuable asset to our clients. Mr. Holt is a graduate of South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas. 

Claims Manager 

Christina Gonzalez is a board certified paralegal in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Ms. Gonzalez has been a paralegal since 1991 and has focused exclusively on the field of personal injury litigation for the last nine years. Ms. Gonzalez is a graduate of Dallas Law Magnet (now Townview) and has associates degree level credits from Eastfield College where she majored in criminal justice. 

Claims Manager 

Jeff Redmond is the Claims Manager and a Texas licensed claims adjuster. He has worked with James P. Best, Attorney for over fifteen years. Mr. Redmond gives each client the individual attention throughout the claims process and is an aggressive advocate on behalf of our clients.
